By using circl.fun you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.

Nature of the service

circl.fun is a front end for open, permissionless smart contracts. Tokens are created by users, not by circl. We do not endorse, audit, or vouch for any token launched through the interface.

Risk

• Tokens on a bonding curve are extremely volatile and may go to zero.
• Smart contracts may contain bugs. Use at your own risk.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including tax obligations.

Prohibited use

Do not use the interface to launch tokens that infringe intellectual property, impersonate people or organisations, or facilitate fraud. We may remove such tokens from the interface at any time; the on-chain contracts are unaffected.

Fees

A launch fee and a trade fee are charged by the protocol as described on the create page. Fees are non-refundable.

No warranty

The interface is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, circl is not liable for any loss arising from use of the interface or the underlying contracts.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
